This treatment focuses on accessing and releasing tension stored deep within your muscles and connective tissues.

Our skilled therapists use their hands, forearms and elbows to target areas of tension and discomfort. This focused pressure allows them to access the underlying muscle layers.

Your session will begin with a 2-3 minute consult regarding what to expect and anything we should be aware of (injury or problem areas), while you enjoy a soothing cup of YOGI TEA to bring you into a more calming state and help eliminate toxins that are released into the body's circulation during your session.

During the treatment we will be using a RITUALS® bodycare moisturiser as we believe that your body deserves to be treated with products of both high quality and natural ingredients.

Once the session is over, we will have a 2-3 minute follow-up discussion regarding the massage and how you are feeling.

    The strokes used in deep tissue massage are deliberate and slow, allowing the therapist to work deeply into the tissue. This slow pace helps to prevent discomfort and ensures effective results.

  • This treatment helps provide relief of chronic aches and pains, including stiff neck, upper back tension, and low back pain.

    Deep tissue massages increase flexibility and range of motion by releasing knots, adhesions, and scar tissue for improved muscle function.

    It also helps improve posture and alignment for better body mechanics, promoting relaxation and reduce stress.

  • Effective deep tissue work can have some level of discomfort but it doesn't have to be excruciatingly painful. You can request less pressure or intensity, and you can request to have only certain areas worked on.

    If you're not able to maintain your breathing and have to tense up parts of your body to tolerate the pain, be sure to speak up and let the therapist know that it's too much.

  • Guests should wear loose clothing as this will allow us easy access to target areas e.g if your thigh is a problem area, loose shorts are ideal.

    We take great care to make sure you are never unnecessarily exposed whilst on the table, by using sheet or towel cover techniques. This is something we take very seriously and always consider the complete comfort and safety of our guests.
